2. No Emergency or Professional Services

FateGuard does not provide emergency response services.

• Any safety tools, alerts, or recommendations provided are supplemental and not guaranteed to prevent harm.

3. Educational & Entertainment Disclaimer (Podcast & Content)

The FateGuard Podcast, educational materials, webinars, and content are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

They do not constitute:

• Mental health treatment
• Legal advice
• Law enforcement guidance

You should always seek appropriate professional assistance for personal, legal, medical, or psychological concerns.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Verification tools (including identity or selfie verification) are designed to reduce risk, not eliminate it.

FateGuard:

• Does not guarantee identity accuracy
• Does not perform criminal background checks unless explicitly stated
• Is not responsible for user behavior, actions, or interactions

6. Events & In-Person Activities

Participation in Verified Vibes or other FateGuard events is voluntary and at your own risk.

FateGuard is not responsible for:

• Actions of other attendees
• Venue conditions
• Personal injury, loss, or damages

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FateGuard shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, emotional distress, or damages
• Loss of data or access interruptions
• Actions of third parties, venues, or partners

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by FateGuard or licensed partners and may not be used without written permission.
